WARNER CENTER REDEVELOPMENT.
Making Woodland Hills the Commercial Hub of the West Valley!.
BILLIONS IN NEW WARNER CENTER DEVELOPMENT
Warner Center in Woodland Hills is being re-developed to the tune of billions in new construction. Huge tracts previously used by aerospace firms are being converted into mixed use residential and commercial space. Spearheading the transformation is developer Ray Kroenke who built the $5 billion Sofi Stadium and whose Los Angeles Rams are constructing a huge practice facility/entertainment center in the heart of Warner Center.
Recently, Kroenke added the Village at Westfield, a “destination” dining and shopping experience to his collection. Some people think the entire Topanga Westfield Mall might be on the menu. Exploiting the Rams brand will create huge business potential for Woodland Hills. Other developers with holdings like the old Rocketdyne property may follow Kroenke’s lead making Warner Center a major commercial hub.
This development boom with dramatically boost single family home prices in the West San Fernando Valley – both luxury and entry level homes. The sleepy part of the Valley is about to receive a massive new interest.
